The first event in the series which took place on January 27 featured two best speakers from each GEGs, Dr. Basharudin Mohd Sarif and FX. Nanang Sujatmiko.

Plane Spotting with Google Photo
FX. Nanang raised the topic "Google Photo and the world of Plane Spotting" which showed one of his unique hobbies, namely taking/photographing airplanes including how to use the radar application to look for unique types of airplanes or ones that would be the target of the photo object. Google Photos offers a comprehensive solution for professionals who need to manage, organize, and share large volumes of visual assets. Its intuitive interface, powerful search capabilities, AI-powered editing tools, and robust security features make it an invaluable tool for photographers, marketers, designers, and businesses of all sizes.
The speakers were required to be creative in delivering their presentations within 30 minutes each. Each event is hosted by a moderator from one of the countries in turn who also doubles as the tech host.
